In our experience the vast majority of the products we sell will work perfectly the first time out without the need to contact our Product Support team. Occasionally, users are uncertain as to whether they have the right product and are installing it correctly. Our manufacturers can on the odd the occasion produce a defective product or it can be damaged in transit. Our warehouse team are human, no robots at ColourWise, and have been know as a rare event, to send out the wrong product.
